Shipping, Payment and Returns
How to place and pay for an order:
Select a product on the site, fill out the order form, pay for the product. In case of unsuccessful payment, please wait for our call or SMS and confirm the order.
Delivery:
Ukraine: "Nova Poshta" to the department you specified.
Shipment is made within 48 hours from the date of purchase. Shipping is not available on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery of purchases from 3500 UAH is free. Upon sending the goods, you will receive a TTN number (consignment note) to track the parcel.
You can pick it up yourself from the showroom in Kyiv, Vozdvizhenskaya street 51.
In Kyiv, courier delivery is possible, and paid by the client.
Delivery of goods are made within 3-5 business days.
International delivery:
International delivery is provided by Mist Express. Shipment is carried out within 2-3 working days from the receipt of payment. Shipping is not available on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery services are subject to a fixed cost of EUR 35. The delivery service is paid when paying for the goods. Upon sending the goods, you will receive a TTN number (consignment note) to track the parcel.
Return and exchange of goods:
Exchange and return of goods of good quality is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to have time to issue a return and return the money, we recommend that you contact us in the first days after you receive the parcel.
Exchange and return of goods is made if the specified goods were not in use (including photographs and videos), their presentation, tags and original packaging are preserved, and also if there is a document confirming the purchase. Products that were made to order, products that were delivered outside Ukraine (international delivery) are not subject to exchange and return. Return is carried out by any convenient courier service at your expense. Products that do not comply with these rules will not be accepted for return. Such products will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
